Monthly uptime audit
Every channel is hit by an independent monitoring agent from a Moscow-based lab each month. The 99.7% figure is what the audit reports — not what we'd like to claim. Failed channels are pulled from the portal until they recover.

15-minute schedule refresh
Each stream's "now playing" and "up next" labels are pulled directly from the broadcaster's own EPG feed, refreshed every 15 minutes. If the broadcaster changes their grid at the last minute, our panel follows within one refresh window.

No pre-roll, no mid-roll inserts
KPlus TV does not modify the broadcast stream. The advertising you see is the advertising the broadcaster themselves scheduled — spliced in by us, never. Cord-cutters coming from satellite and cable get exactly the same commercial breaks as everyone else in the country.

Is the KPlus TV live portal legal?
KPlus TV aggregates free-to-air broadcast signals that the publishers themselves distribute at no cost in their licensing territory. The streams are the publisher's signal, sourced from publicly accessible feeds. We do not claim any rights beyond operating the aggregator; if a publisher asks us to remove a channel, we do, and we never rehost a feed that isn't freely available to begin with.

Can I watch from outside Russia?
Yes. A significant share of our 3.1 million monthly users are Russian-speaking expatriates in Israel, Germany, the Baltics, the United States, and other countries across our 92-country reach. Where a publisher's broadcast rights are geographically limited, the channel is geo-restricted on our portal exactly as it would be on the publisher's own site — we surface that restriction in the player before you click play.

What devices and browsers are supported?
Any modern desktop browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge — last two major versions), our mobile PWA (add to home screen from any iOS or Android browser for a full-screen player with no App Store detour), and casting to Chromecast and AirPlay-equipped televisions on the same network. The player auto-adapts bitrate between roughly 800 Kbps and 4 Mbps depending on your connection.

Do you show advertising, and can I record streams?
KPlus TV does not insert any advertising of its own into the broadcast stream — what you see is what the broadcaster scheduled. We carry one small pre-roll on the player itself (six seconds, skippable) that funds the operation; it is the only commercial KPlus TV adds. Recording is technically possible in a browser via standard OS tools, but our terms ask personal users not to redistribute recorded feeds; we license commercial redistribution case by case through the contact address below.
